Advisory is 150–250 KES per hectare (~$1.20–1.90/ha). Aircraft is 15–25k KES/hr, billed separately. Never all-in flying.

Manual ops send a message. RoboAgro closes the cycle: scout → advise → follow-up → record → next visit.
You keep your spray partners. RoboAgro does not replace SmartFarm or Agras.
Advisory is the platform fee. Aircraft hire is a separate line — never all-in flying.
Estate security is a different product with its own monthly retainer — not this sheet.
